产品活性：Bafetinib 是一种具有口服活性的 Lyn/Bcr-Abl 酪氨酸激酶抑制剂。Bafetinib 通过 Bcl-2 家族调节的内在凋亡途径增强几种促凋亡的 Bcl-2 同源性 (BH) 3-纯蛋白 (Bim、Bad、Bmf 和 Bik) 的活性，并诱导 Ph+ 白血病细胞凋亡。Bafetinib 具有抗肿瘤活性。

In Vitro: Bafetinib (0.625, 1.25, 2.5 μM,24 h) inhibits the transcription of PD-L1 in lung cancer cell H292 by c-Myc.
In Vivo: Bafetinib (30 mg/kg/day, orally, for 10 consecutive days) inhibits the expression of PD-L1 in mouse lung cancer.
Bafetinib (10 mg/kg, gavage, single dose) alleviates pain in mice by inhibiting PAR2-induced TRPV4 channel activation.
