巯基乙酸诱导的巨噬细胞迁移实验
实验方案：
1) 每只大鼠腹腔注射巯基乙酸培养基10mL;
2) 5天后处死大鼠，用含肝素的50毫升PBS冲洗腹腔；
3) 按摩大鼠腹腔或将大鼠放到摇床上5-10分钟；
4) 收集尽可能多的腹腔灌洗液；
5) 离心收集灌洗液细胞，铺板，LPS刺激后5小时收集上清检测TNF-a等细胞因子，如需要检测化合物，待测化合物于LPS刺激前半小时加入。

Brief protocol of Thioglycollate elicited peritoneal lavage assay:
1) Each rat is injected with 10 ml Thioglycollate, IP. It may be necessary to anesthetize each rat with CO2 for 10 seconds.
2) Wait 5 days
3) On day 5, each rat is euthanized, and injected IP with 50 ml PBS with 500uL heparin added (10uL heparin per mL PBS). It helps to peel back the skin on the abdomen, leaving the peritoneal muscle layer intact, but visible.
4) Place rat on shaker for 5-10 minutes.
5) Draw out as much of the 50 ml PBS with cells from abdomen. A normal draw is 35-45 mls.
6) Take immediately to person requesting cells.
7) Collect cell by centrifugation and proceed with LPS induced TNF-a release.
