Optimal buffer G？（10毫米TrIS HCl（pH为7.6°C，25°C）；10 mMgCl 2；50 mM NaCl；1 mm DTT）+？牛血清白蛋白

贮存条件为10 mM TrI HCl（pH 7.5）；200 mM NaCl；0.1 mM EDTA；7 mM 2-巯基乙醇；200μg/ml牛血清白蛋白；50%甘油。存储在-20°C。
