PM系列喷磨试验仪是北京有色金属研究总院分析测试技术研究所研发的测试设备，主要用于测定铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜的平均耐磨性，也可用于色漆、清漆、喷漆和有关涂层产品耐磨性的测定。其工作原理利用气流将磨料颗粒喷射到检验区上，直到裸露出金属基体，用喷磨时间或喷磨所用的磨料质量来表示产品的平均耐磨性。PM喷磨试验仪可满足GB/T 12967.1：2008、ISO ISO8252：1987、EN12373-10：2007、JIS H 8682-2：1999等相关标准的要求，拥有喷嘴、试验台系统、计时系统等多项专利技术，具有快速、稳定、精确、重现性高等特点。

PM Abrasive jet test apparatus is innovated by general research institute for nonferrous metals. It can be used to determine the mean specific abrasion resistance of an anodic oxidation coating, the apparatus is also applicable to paints, varnishes and other coatings. The working principle is that the abrasive is projected in a stream of air under carefully controlled conditions onto a small area of the surface to be tested. The test is continued until the substrate is exposed, after which the abrasion resistance of the coating is calculated from either the time taken or the mass of abrasive used. The reference standards are GB/T 12967.1-2008, ISO8252-1987, EN12373-10 2007 and JIS H 8682-2：1999.
