ConA 诱导的急性炎症模型
实验方案：
1) 无菌生理盐水配置ConA溶液 （1mg/ml）, 冰上放置；
2) 给药后一小时尾静脉注射ConA溶液；
3) ConA注射1个半小时后取血，肝素抗凝；
4) 离心后血浆检测IL-2等细胞因子。

Brief protocol of ConA induced IL-2 release assay
1) 1 mg/ml of Con A was suspended in sterile saline. Store the Con A solution in ice.
2) One hour following compound administration (PO), mice are given an IV injection of Con A (10mg/kg)
3) Ninety minutes after the Con A injection, blood was collected in a Heparin sodium containing tube.
4) Blood samples were spun at 3,000 rpm at 4℃ for 10 minutes. Plasma were stored in -80℃ freezer until further analysis.
