Description(产品描述)

Mouse monoclonal antibody to lytic cycle-associated early protein (50 kDa), encoded by ORF 59 of Kaposi’s Sarcoma-Associated Herpesvirus/Human Herpesvirus 8. It is identified as DNA polymerase processivity factor. This antibody originates from ascites fluid and is purified by protein G chromatography.

Details(注意事项):

Shipping and Storage: This product is shipped frozen on dry ice. Store at -20°C upon receipt. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles as product degradation may result.

Recommendations: Upon thawing, centrifuge the vial for a few seconds to remove residual droplets from the lid.

Safe Handling Recommendation: This biological preparation should be handled in accordance with biosafety guidelines defined in the BMBL, NIH-CDC HHS Publication No. 93-8395.

FAQ(常见问题):

How are ABI’s Antibodies supplied? All ABI antibodies are supplied frozen.

How should I store ABI’s Antibodies?  We recommend that all antibodies be aliquoted into single-use size portions and stored frozen at -20° C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles as this will affect antibody activity. Do not  dilute and freeze – make final dilution just prior to use.

Will ABI’s Antibodies work in Western blot? Not all ABI antibodies work in Western blot. Please see the Certificate of Analysis for each  antibody to determine its suitability for Western blot use.
