背景：
蛋白赖氨酸乙酰化作为蛋白翻译后的一种重要修饰方式，越来越受到重视，以前研究较多的集中于组蛋白和核转录因子的乙酰化研究1,2,3。近来发现，参与中间产物代谢的酶广泛存在乙酰化修饰，在人的肝脏组织中参与糖酵解，糖异生，三羧酸循环，尿素循环，脂肪酸代谢，糖原代谢的所有的酶都发生的乙酰化修饰4。近来还发现，在原核生物体内，参与代谢的酶也广泛存在乙酰化修饰，并且伴随着不同的碳源，不同生长时期和不同的代谢流量也显示出乙酰化修饰的差异5。
