佐剂型关节炎(AA)
实验方案：
1）雌性Lewis大鼠脚垫皮内注射CFA；
2）10-12天左右，为注射CFA脚开始肿胀；
3）按肿胀程度随机分为5组，阴性对照组，阳性对照组（DEX）, 三个剂量的给药组；
4）体重和脚肿胀程度每周测量两次直至实验结束；
5）待测化合物的有效性由脚肿胀程度计算所得。

Brief protocol of adjuvant induced arthritis model (AA)
1） Female Lewis rats are administrated with CFA.
2） About 10-12 days later the contra lateral paw starts to swell and is indicative of systemic disease.
3） After arthritis is fully induced, disease rats are evenly divided into 5 groups, based on the limb volume change. One group is used as negative control that is treated with PBS, one group is used as positive control that is treated with DEX, other groups are used for 3 doses of compound to be tested.
4） Cpds are dosing daily since day 10. Both paw volume and bodyweight are measured through out the study. The efficacy of compound is determined by the limb volume change
