迟发型超敏反应
实验方案：
1) ICR小鼠随机分组后，1%三硝基氯苯腹部致敏6天；
2) 地塞米松给药6天；
3) 6天后， 1%三硝基氯苯刺激ICR耳朵；
4) 24小时后打耳片称重，取脾脏，胸腺称重；分别计算耳肿胀程度和脾脏，胸腺指数；

Brief protocol of PC induced Delayed Type Hypersensitivity (DTH)
1) Mice were sensitized by applying 100u l of 1% PC dissolved in ethanol to the abdominal skin.
2) After 6 d, animals were challenged by painting 30u l of1% PC dissolved in castor oil on right ear lobes.
3) 24 h after challenge, the mice were sacrificed, the left and right ears were removed at the same location and weighted. Ear swelling was represented as the weight difference between right lobes and left ones.
4) Spleen and thymus were also collected and weighted for the spleen index and thymus index.
