本基因采样拭子作为基因检测的采样工具， 其用途是采集和保存口腔黏膜上皮脱落细胞。采样拭子由采样冠、采样套杆和采样推杆三部分组成。使用方法为将密封包装的采样拭子拆封后，将有采样冠一端伸入口腔内，用采样冠刮拭口腔内壁，采样冠使用具有一定摩擦系数的医用无纺布材料制成，可将口腔黏膜上皮脱落细胞及部分唾液吸在采样冠表面。在刮拭后，可单手持采样拭子，用拇指抵住采样推杆，将采样冠顶入采样管内，拧紧采样管盖，便可在常温下进行保存。一个采样冠对应一个采样管。套杆及推杆可丢弃，操作如下图： 【废弃说明】 使用后的套杆及推杆放入医疗机构设有的焚烧处理的废物袋内，统一焚烧处理。其他包装废料可回收或者作为一般垃圾处理。 【产品特点】 本采样拭子具有采集方便、携带方便，一次性使用，无交叉污染的特点； 采样冠采用之物料对微生物无毒害，能大量增加样本的采集、释放量及提高样本送检期间之保存效果。 【用途】 本产品用于采集人体口腔黏膜上皮脱落细胞。 DNA Sampling Swabs are collecting mouth/ oral cavity cast-off cells tools. Swab consists of 3 main components: the swab head, pushing rod and handle. Using method: --After unpacking the swab, carry the swab with putting the swab head into the lining of the mouth and rub for collecting oral cavity cells; --After cells collection, use the thumb to press at the end of push rod to eject swab head into collection tube; --Tighten the lid of centrifugal tube and preserve under room temperature. --Figure above shows the general using method. Disposing way: --After use, put the pushing rod and handle into garbage bags in medical organisations specific for incineration treatment.
