Sequence :  The extracellular domain of mouse CD152 [CTLA-4](NP_033973.2)(Met1-Ser160) is fused to the N-terminus of the Fc portion of a mutant mouse IgG2a.

Non-lytic :  Acts as a long lasting fusion protein which only binds to the receptor. Mutations to the complement (C1q) and FcgRI binding sites of the IgGs Fc fragment render the fusion proteins incapable ofantibody directed cytotoxicity(ADCC) and complement directed cytotoxicity(CDC).
Purity :  ≥98%，by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.  
Endotoxin Content :  <0.06 EU/μg as determined by LAL test. 

Activity :  Blocks the binding ofmouse CD80 (B7-1) and CD86 (B7-2) to their receptors (by binding CD80 and CD86 with high affinity) and thereby prevents their T cell regulatory actions by inhibiting the CD28 signaling competitively. Shows the biological functions of the CD152 moiety and exerts a prolonged circulating half-life caused by the modified Fc domain. Useful for investigating the T cell co-stimulation. 
Formulation :  Lyophilized from 0.2μm-filtered solution in PBS. 
Reconstitution :  Reconstitute at 100μg/ml in sterile PBS. 
Use / Stability :  
Stable for at least 1 year after receipt when stored at -20℃. Working aliquots are stable for up to 3 months when stored at -20℃.
