LPS诱导的肺损伤模型
实验方案：
1) 小鼠适应性生长后随机分组；
2) 地塞米松作为阳性对照药， LPS滴鼻刺激前半小时和后6小时给药；
3) LPS刺激24小时后处死小鼠，收集肺泡灌洗液和肺；
4) 检测灌洗液细胞因子以及细胞侵润情况；
5) 肺做病理检测；

Brief protocol of LPS induced lung injury:
1) After one week acclimation, mice will be randomly divided into several groups;
2) DEX will be used as ref cpd. 3 mpk DEX will be administrated 0.5h prior LPS challenge and 6h post LPS challenge;
3) 24h post LPS challenge, mice will be sacrificed, followed by BAL fluid and lung tissue collection;
4) cytokine and cell infiltration in BALF will be measured accordingly;
5) Lung will be used as Histopathology analysis.
