Description
Single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) products have the large surface area, high chemical stability and good charge carrier properties. Potential applications include transparent electrodes for high-performance polymer light-emitting diodes, encapsulation of high performance silicon anodes in lithium-ion batteries and biosensors. Biotool’s SWCNT products are produced by the CVD method. The SWCNTs have the uniform diameter with high purity, which is identical for research use.
