产品：人胚胎干细胞生长因子 50X 货号：5852 Description StemGS® 50X human pluripotent stem cell growth supplement is a medium supplement designed for the optimal growth of human embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells in vitro. It is a sterile, concentrated (50X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide a defined and optimally balanced growth environment that maximally promotes the growth of human embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells in vitro. StemGS® 50X is designed as an additive for STEMium™ basal medium (Cat. No. 5801) and should be used in conjunction with that medium. Use BD Matrigel™ for feeder-free culture conditions.
