• How does the iSeq 100 i1 Reagent v2 kit improve run success?
  The new cartridge uses more robust reagents and new recipes to reduce the rate of clustering failures during iSeq 100 runs.
• Can iSeq 100 i1 Reagent v1 kits be run with the iSeq Control Software v2.0?
  Yes, the iSeq Control Software v2.0 is backwards compatible and can run both the v1 and v2 kits.
• Is there a visible change to the cartridge?
  Yes, new, rounded corners are visible on the cartridge; the flow cell remains unchanged.
• How many cycles are in the kit?
  The iSeq 100 i1 Reagent v2 kit includes 322 cycles, enough for a 2x151 run, with two 10 bp Index reads.
  
• Does the loading concentration change when running a v2 cartridge?
  Yes, loading concentrations have been optimized for the library types in Table 2. Use the ranges in the Recommended loading concentration column when running a library on an iSeq 100 i1 Reagent v1 or v2 kit for the first time and optimize based on the resulting run metrics. If library has been previously optimized on an iSeq 100 i1 Reagent v1 kit, use this loading concentration for an iSeq 100 i1 Reagent v2 kit. Table 2 also includes previous guidance for loading concentrations for reference.
• When starting the first run after upgrading to iSeq 100 Control Software v2.0, why does the run time seem inaccurate?
  The iSeq 100 Control Software uses previous runs to determine the run time for a library. Shortly after the upgrade, the run time may be slightly inaccurate. Several runs must be completed to train the run time estimator.
